When you're trying to login to your building owner dashboard, we'll send a one-time passcode to the email associated with your Portfolio Manager account. Here's how you can find what email you've set with your Portfolio Manager account.

Log in to your Portfolio Manager account, then find the "Account Settings" link in the top right of your homepage.
The email to which we'll send the passcode is below your job title. If you'd like us to send the passcode to another email, simply update your email in your Portfolio Manager account.
